Unsupported Mac Version

If you are seeing this error, it is because versions past 0.7.2 only work on Macs with Apple Silicon processors (M1, M2, M3, M4 chips, etc.).

Intel Macs

Section titled “Intel Macs”

Intel-based Macs are no longer supported. We do not recommend trying to find older versions to get around this, as we will not provide support for any version that is not the latest one.

Troubleshooting

Section titled “Troubleshooting”
  • Verify your chip: Go to the Apple menu > About This Mac. If it lists an Intel processor, the app cannot run on your device.
  • Alternatives: We support Windows and Linux. If you are using an Intel Mac that has been switched over to Linux, the app might function, but we cannot officially guarantee it.
