GeyserMC Setup

GeyserMC allows Bedrock Edition players (mobile, console, Windows 10/11) to join your Java Edition server. This enables crossplay between Java and Bedrock players.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. Go to the Plugins/Mods tab in SquidServers.
  2. Select Server Plugins or Server Mods.
  3. Find and install GeyserMC.
  4. Start your server.

Bedrock players can then join using the same public address that Java players use. See Invite Friends for details on sharing your address.

Troubleshooting

If Bedrock players cannot connect, see Update GeyserMC for instructions on updating to the latest version.

GeyserMC creates its own UDP tunnel for Bedrock connections. If the tunnel is not working, check Server Not Reachable and playit.gg status.
